We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays, during major holiday weeks, or in extreme weather conditions. We evaluate the temperatures and weather conditions carefully to ensure safe shipping.
Each reptile is placed in its own container and carefully packaged into a fully insulated solid core box. When necessary, we include heat packs or cold packs to maintain the proper temperature. We take shipping very seriously because we love our reptiles, and we guarantee your new companion will arrive healthy.
We offer both home delivery and pickup at your nearest FedEx Ship Center (preferred). Please ensure that someone is home on the scheduled delivery day. To guarantee live arrival, the package must be received on the first delivery attempt or picked up at the hub on the arrival day.
Canadian Shipments
We ship directly to your door via FedEx for most addresses in Canada, with a flat rate of $85 CAD.
For deliveries to the Island, we ship twice a month at a cost of $50 CAD. If you’re interested in reserving a spot, feel free to reach out to us!
We also offer free local pickup in the Greater Vancouver Area. Just send us a message to arrange it!
US Shipments
All US shipments will be cleared through Reptile Express International. You won’t have to deal with any government agencies—they handle everything for you!
The US shipping charge is a flat rate of $200 to your door. For orders above $1000 USD, we offer free shipping.
Convenient Payment
US and International Pricing/Transactions: All orders are denominated in CAD.
We accept most common forms of payment, including PayPal, all major credit cards through Square, personal and cashier’s checks, and money orders. Please note that all orders must be fully paid and cleared before shipping—no exceptions. All payments are final and non-refundable. However, if you wish to change your order, you may transfer your payment to another gecko, provided you request the change at least 72 hours before your scheduled ship date.
We require a 30% deposit, with full payment due within 30 days. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Sex, genetics and more
We guarantee that all geckos labeled as male or female are 100% accurately identified. If a gecko is labeled as a “probable” or “possible” male or female, this designation is based on our best assessment, considering the gecko’s appearance, incubation temperature, and size. However, please note that probables and possibles are not guaranteed.
Photo Integrity
We ensure that all photos of our geckos are unedited and remain in their original form, directly captured from our camera to our website. We typically use natural lighting without flash to show the most accurate colors and patterns of our geckos. To see your gecko’s true colors, we recommend viewing them in direct sunlight.
Genetics
All geckos available for purchase are guaranteed to match their listed morph and carry (or not) the appropriate hets. We provide accurate information regarding their bloodlines.
Dropped Tails
Please note that Leopard Geckos may drop their tails when under stress or feeling threatened. While this occurrence is rare, it can happen during transit to their new homes. Unfortunately, we cannot control this and do not cover dropped tails.
