Spear Point
Leaf Tail Gecko

(Uroplatus ebenaui)

Tiny and Adorable

These guys are very frail and small little gecko species definitely not something for a beginner they should only be purchased by expert Keepers.

The spearpoint leaf-tailed gecko is essentially the northern counterpart of the satanic leaf-tailed gecko, with very similar care requirements. Although it can be found in slightly drier areas within its range, it still requires relatively high humidity compared to many other gecko species.

Due to their small size, these geckos need appropriately sized prey—small insects, ideally no larger than half-grown crickets. Juvenile mealworms can also be offered, especially if they are active enough to attract attention.
